• SOTER TAX S.R.L. (Tax Consulting)

These are complemented by:

• Soter Audit SRL – founded in 2001, specializing in financial audit

SOTER S.R.L. will continue to operate as the group's administration and management hub, under the coordination of founder Cristian Scafa. The restructuring does not impact service quality or client relationships – our teams, expertise, and core values remain unchanged.
