Luminita OBACIU, Payroll Partner is a part of the Soter family (team) since 1996. She is an expert accountant, CECCAR member, trainee (intern) auditor, CAFR member and human resources inspector. Her professional activity includes, among others, publishing specialized articles in newspapers like Adevarul and in Medical Observatory. In the Soter group she has contributed with her theoretical and practical knowledge in accounting, as well as with her dedication, founding the Payroll Department. At this moment she is Partners with full rights in Soter.

"In 1996, when I was yet a student, I addressed myself to Soter with the intention to purchase (of purchasing) the accounting software (CONTAS). After a discussion with Dl. Cristian Scafa, Senior Partner at Soter, I understood the advantages in been part of a team of professionals opposed to working on my own.

As a result I gave up the idea of purchasing the software and joined the Soter Group as Junior in the Accounting Department.

It was a wise decision, as I succeeded, with a lot of work, ambition and support from my colleagues, in becoming a good professional.

In 2000, in Romania, was adopted the low regarding the global income. This made the simple payroll activity that was up until then a more complex activity. A separate payroll department was a must at that point. Therefore we started developing the structure of such a department and, with plenty of work we succeeded in expanding its activity.

Now we can say with pride that we have a strong department in a strong company that has, at its foundation, a team of professionals.

Mihaela MARTIN, Accounting Partner joined the Soter & Partners Team when she was a student in her 3^rd year at the Academy of Social Studies, Major in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange, Bucharest. After 4 year she became partner at Soter.
