Audit

We are providing audit services, both assurance and non-assurance services, since 1994. Until 2000, these services were provided based on the national professional environment established in Romania. Effective 2000, the Audit Department adhered to the Romanian Chamber of Auditors. In 2001 the Department was legally separated as entity and ever since the audit procedures are based on International Auditing Standards and the Romanian requirements in this respect.

 Audit services at Soter & Partners are a mixture of efforts of all the Departments, materialized in a young and eager team comprising members of many departments! This holistic approach allows Soter & Partners to provide the best possible professional services to our clients, to provide assurance on business controls and all-in-all, to add value to our Client's business.

The fact that our company has a history of nearly 15 years now, has provided us with the necessary professional experience to foresee problems and to find suitable solutions  for our clients. The expanded knowledge of the departments within Soter & Partners and the fact that we have been practically eye-witnesses to the changes in the Romanian fiscal and accounting legislation, allowed us to have a global view of the business financial and fiscal evolution.

·         The Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors offered its appraisal to Soter's auditors for a 92% compliance with the required norms [nobody is perfect]

·         We were appointed Members of the Department of Technical Problems of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors that answers to all the technical problems and audit issues raised with this Body.

·         The head of the Department was appointed member in the Scientific Council of the Magazineedited by the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors, based on her outstanding professional expertise
