It is important for us to know the reasons why you chose to apply for a position within Soter & Partners. Therefore, we expect you to dedicate a part of your time in informing yourself about our company and share with us the reasons behind your decision. RECRUITMENT STAGES
1. Application Analysis
We analyze your qualification as well as your professional experience in the context of the job requirements. If you convince us that you are the right person for the job, you will be invited, by phone call or e-mail, to participate in an interview. If you need supplementary information before the interview, the personal from the human recourses department remains at your disposal. If your profile does not correspond to the position that is available at that time, but you have qualities that the company looks for, your profile details will remain in our database for future recruitment processes.
2. Preselection
This stage consists in meeting the human resources manager. We believe that every such meeting represents an excellent opportunity for us to make our company known, its organizational structure as well as the services that we provide. Throughout the interview we analyze you skills, competencies and motivation to occupy a job within Soter & Partners. We wish to know all your strengths and assets.
In this stage, depending on the position, you will have to overcome other tests as well like: language, professional knowledge, personality and/or simulation exercises.
You will receive from us feedback as well as a decision regarding the future procedures remaining from the recruitment process.
3. Selection
The interview with the department manager will be in the form of a detailed discussion, focused on the theme itself, regarding your expectations as to the position offered and challenges associated to it. You will be informed as to the specific requirements and competences of the position, skills and necessary knowledge as for you to be able to successfully carry out the work responsibilities. It is possible, depending on the position, for you to have meetings with other officials from our company.
4. The decision
If the test results and the opinions of the people that participated in the recruitment process are positive, you will receive an offer after the last meeting.
